White-throated Robin

well yesterday was a bit of a --up with the Bluetail message not being converted then the search for the Golden Oriole that I heard at Alkborough so after a night surveying Nightjars, and it was very cold for JUne, I got to bed about 4am --no rush to look at Birdguides as the robin was sure to have gone so it was not until 09:30 that I realised it was still there and had to make a decision --  2 hours later I was on site -- easy enough to see but the heat shimmer was bad and distance was always going to be a problem so a few record shots -- some of its nice habitat choices also shown

Get yourself to Turkey and see a proper male - I can even give you a nest site!
